Meet Tony

Tony the Cat moved into Fernwood at 8 weeks old and has always been brave, confident, curious, deeply intuitive, playful, loving, smart, and strong-willed.

Now 13 months old, he is perfectly attuned to himself and his surroundings. This year, Tony experienced his first summer, exploring and learning the world entirely on his own terms. He communicates with ease: a soft meow, a gentle paw tap, or a knowing look tells his human exactly what he wants. Tony communicates his boundaries clearly and lets you know when he has had enough petting, trusting you to listen.

Likes: early-morning outings, sunny-window watching, quiet cuddle time.

Dislikes: being over-petted and going into the carrier for vet visits (he will make that clear).
